Dogfish head brewery recommendations anyone?

My mum's off to Delaware again so it's time to put an order in for some more Dogfish head beers. Last time I got some 60 minute IPA which I wasn't that taken with so I'm looking for something different. 90 minute IPA is the obvious next step but if anyone has any recommendations I'm all ears.

  1. Worldwide Stout is ravishingly good, but you have to be careful with it given its abv as it drinks like Harvey’s Imperial Russian so you find yourself glugging it.

  2. Ah, I should have mentioned I had that one back in the day it was on sale in Safeways.

  3. Their Indian Brown Ale is great if you want something that isn't the obvious hop monster, although the 90 is one of those benchmark beers. Palo Santo Marron is also interesting.

  4. I concur with Zak on the IBA, that is very good. What about that peach one that is supposed to be a take on a Berliner Weisse, maybe that will be worth a punt if it’s available.

  5. The only DFH I've ever had that didn't completely blow me away with awesomeness was the Black and Blue. Everything else has been great. The ones I have reviewed are:

    * Midas Touch
    * Raison D'Etre
    * Raison D'Extra
    * Palo Santo Marron
    * Burton Baton
    * Chicory Stout
    * 90 Minute IPA
    * 120 Minute IPA
    * Shelter Pale Ale
    * Indian Brown Ale

    A few of these are an acquired taste (120 minute, Burton Baton and the Raison beers specifically).

  6. Thanks guys. I can safely rule out anything that's based on a Berliner Weiss being on my wish list and I'll avoid the Black and Blue.

    The IBA sounds interesting, but then so do most of them. Can you get Dogfish head variety packs? Last time my mum got six pack of the same beer.
